      When ordering please note that we CANNOT post any item to a PO BOX address. Please provide a standard residential or business address and please make sure to write this address as it appears on your mail. 

      Order Shipment:

      For all products please allow a handling time of 1-3 days before being dispatched.

      If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us via our contact page.

       

      Order Confirmation:

      As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

       

      Damages:

      Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it immediately when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to via our contact page.

       

      Cancellations & Refunds:

      All orders cancelled after ordering are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. All returns must be shipped directly to our retailers warehouse by the customer at customers expense. Contact us for return shipping instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable, return shipping cost will be payed by buyer. We do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

       

      Shipping

      To return your product, contact us via our contact page and we will organise a return address for you to one of our warehouses. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any redelivery or rerouting needed on an item will incur an extra shipping fee.

      Items are sent without postage insurance. If you would like postage insurance (for loss or damage in transit) please let us know. If postage insurance is not taken and items get damaged in transit, we will be unable to replace the item.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item to us, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      The estimated delivery time frames are:

      • For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;
      • For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;
      • For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.

      We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

       

      Undeliverable Postcodes

      Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

      We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

      Q: Do I need to sign for my order when it arrives?

      A: Yes, unless you give us authority to leave it at your address without one. If you wish for our courier driver to leave your item at your address without your signature, please leave a note with your order saying so. Please note that by doing this we take no liability if your package gets taken, damaged or any other act out of our control. If you are not home, please be aware that your package will be taken to the nearest courier's depo where you may have to pick it up from or you may also incur further postage costs. 

       

      Q: Can we ship an item overseas?

      A: At this stage no we don't. We've found that shipping items overseas with the cost of freight is far too expensive. We may offer this in the future but unfortunately not right now. 

       

      Q: How long after ordering will you post my item?

      A: We endeavour to get your package in the mail within 1 - 3 business days. 

       

      Q: How long will it take for my order to get to me?

      A: Delivery time can vary a lot between different courier companies we use, but on average shipping time can be roughly between 3 - 9 working days. However if you're in a rural area sometimes this can be longer as some couriers won't deliver to certain areas every day. 

       

      Q: Will I receive a tracking number for my item?

      A: Yes! We will provide a tracking number after the courier has picked up your item. 

        

      Q: I ordered more than one item and have only received one?

      A: Rest assured your other item/s are on their way. Sometimes we have different items at different warehouse locations so they are shipped separately. Don't worry, each item will have a tracking number.  

       

      Q: Can I pick my item up from your warehouse?

      A: At this stage no, as our shopfront is online, we only use our warehouse locations for storage and freighting items out from. This keeps our costs down, which we can then pass onto you :)
